Before hiring apprentices, employers have to meet certain requirements, such as structural capacity, technical capacity as well as training capacity. Latter includes the availability of one or more on-the-job tutors (instructors). However, there is no defined accreditation procedure for the enterprises yet. The apprenticeship training is organized in on-the-job training periods and off-the-job training periods. Curricula agreed by the training institutions as well as the employers.
