Often young people need help in analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. The regions offer different online and offline tools for this purpose.
In the region of Rosenheim/Bavaria (D), the "MINTfit" initiative helps young people assess their level of knowledge in the subjects of mathematics and physics using online tests.
The Munich Chamber of Crafts (D) helps young people to analyze their strengths and weaknesses by organizing the "School Workshop". An initiative that consists of a potential analysis and a practical part. On "Girls day", young girls can get a taste of professions through practical exercises and thus discover their own talents, too.

"MINTfit" online tests for mathematics and physics
The "MINTfit" online tests offered by Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences are free and helpful applications for prospective students to assess their level of knowledge in school mathematics and physics. Participants receive their evaluation online after completing the tests.

The workshop "Future Check" is aimed at students (15/16 years) of the Polytechnic School with special support needs in order to increase the chances for a direct transition from school to work.
Girls day in the training centres of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria
Every year on the 4th Thursday in April, the nationwide Girls Day takes place, which is all about informing young women about career opportunities in professions that are atypical for women.
School workshop
The Chamber of Skilled Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria offers a two-day potential analysis with career counselling followed by 10 days of practice-oriented career guidance.
