Get in Touch with Apprentices
As an in-company trainer, there are many ways to get in touch with apprentices. Initiatives that companies organize together with schools are particularly good opportunities. But fairs and open days also offer a great opportunity.
In the region Rosenheim/Bavaria (D), several initiatives are organized to make it easier for in-company trainers to get in touch with potential apprentices, including the "Azubi-Speed-Dating", the "Apprenticeship ambassadors - Combined degree" and the "Ausbildungs-Scouts". In addition, the "meineZukunft! - The Job and Career Fair", is offered. Especially for the Bavarian metal and electrical industry, the format "AusbildungsOffensive-Bayern" is organized.
The Chamber of Crafts Munich (D) organizes the "Meet your job - training fair" to enable contact between in-company trainers and potential apprentices. In this regard, the "Berufsbilderabend der Maria-Ward-Mädchenrealschule Traunstein" is organized, too.

Apprentice-Speed-Dating serves both training companies and pupils looking for an apprenticeship to gain a first impression of each other in a short time and to make contacts. Apprentice-Speed-Dating is similar to Partner-Speed-Dating.
