In the region Rosenheim/Bavaria (D) several initiatives are organized to give SME- Managers the opportunity to present their company to young people. These include the "Azubi-Speed-Dating", the " Apprenticeship ambassadors - Combined degree" and the "Ausbildungs-Scouts". In addition, the "meineZukunft! - The Job and Career Fair", is offered.

Apprentice-Speed-Dating
Apprentice-Speed-Dating serves both training companies and pupils looking for an apprenticeship to gain a first impression of each other in a short time and to make contacts. Apprentice-Speed-Dating is similar to Partner-Speed-Dating.
Apprenticeship ambassadors “Combined degree”
Apprenticeship ambassadors are students in a combined degree programme who are completing a suitable apprenticeship profession parallel to their studies.
Ausbildungs-Scouts
“Ausbildungs-Scouts” are apprentices in various apprenticed profession who belong to the Chamber of Commerce (IHK), to which the concept of this vocational orientation measure belongs. The apprentices visit classes at secondary schools, where they present their profession to the pupils and thus
