A special training place is looking for special young people. Companies are looking for young people with certain characteristics that they consider necessary for their company and for their work. To achieve convergence, the regions offer different tools.
The region of Vorarlberg (A) has set up an apprenticeship homepage where companies can enter their job advertisements with the desired characteristics of the young people.
In the region of St. Pölten/Lower Austria/Vienna (A), the "TalenteCheck Berufsbildung" serves as a match between the young people's existing skills and the desired skills of the companies.
In the region of Rosenheim/Bavaria (D), several initiatives are organized in which companies express their ideas regarding the characteristics of young people. These include the "Azubi-Speed-Dating", the "Apprenticeship ambassadors - Combined degree" and the "Ausbildungs-Scouts".
In the region of South Tyrol (I), the South Tyrolean regional administration offers the “training, study and career guidance” with the aim of guiding young people into the right career path based on their skills and interests.

Apprentice-Speed-Dating
Apprentice-Speed-Dating serves both training companies and pupils looking for an apprenticeship to gain a first impression of each other in a short time and to make contacts. Apprentice-Speed-Dating is similar to Partner-Speed-Dating.

Girls day in the training centres of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria
Every year on the 4th Thursday in April, the nationwide Girls Day takes place, which is all about informing young women about career opportunities in professions that are atypical for women.

The Chamber of Skilled Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria offers a two-day potential analysis with career counselling followed by 10 days of practice-oriented career guidance.
TalenteCheck Berufsbildung
The TalenteCheck is carried out during school lessons and lasts about one hour. It aims at professional orientation of students and was extended in 2021/2021 due to the lockdown.
