A special training place is looking for special young people. Companies are looking for young people with certain characteristics that they consider necessary for their company and for their work. To achieve convergence, the regions offer different tools.
The region of Vorarlberg (A) has set up an apprenticeship homepage where companies can enter their job advertisements with the desired characteristics of the young people.
In the region of St. Pölten/Lower Austria/Vienna (A), the "TalenteCheck Berufsbildung" serves as a match between the young people's existing skills and the desired skills of the companies.

TalenteCheck Berufsbildung
The TalenteCheck is carried out during school lessons and lasts about one hour. It aims at professional orientation of students and was extended in 2021/2021 due to the lockdown.

National and international technology, craft and service companies are gathered in the market town of Lustenau. Currently, around 250 apprentices are being trained in 76 different apprenticeship professions.
