Get in Touch with Apprentices
As an SME- Manager, there are many ways to get in touch with apprentices. Initiatives organized by SME- Managers together with schools are particularly good opportunities. But fairs and open days offer a great occasion, too.
The region of South Tyrol (I) offers different formats as a contact point between SME- Managers and apprentices. For example, the " Infofair Bressanone" and the " Futurum – South Tyrols education fair".
The region of Trento (I) tries to connect potential apprentices with SME- Managers through a job fair.

Infofair Bressanone
Infofair Bressanone is organized by the regional vocational school "Chr. J. Tschuggmall" in Bressanone and offers an overview of the different school offers in the district Eisacktal/Wipptal.
Futurum – South Tyrols education fair
The "Futurum" combines an education fair, job fair and the WorldSkill Italy in one place. It offers three days of events on the topics of education, studies, recognition of study and professional titles, careers and job applications.
Job-fairs
An orientation activity, implemented by some schools or networks of schools in Trentino, is the job fair. Generally, to organize this type of initiative, students' parents are contacted, who are willing to answer students’ questions regarding their jobs.
