Visibility on the labour market is fundamental for the acquisition of employees and apprentices. There are different ways to achieve this.
The region St. Pölten/Lower Austria/Vienna (A) offers an interesting fair, the "BeSt³ digital", where SME- Managers can present their companies. Furthermore, the "Bildungsmeile Amstetten-Scheibbs" serves as a shop window, too.
The region of Vorarlberg (A) organizes the "Apprenticeship fair Montafon" and the "i-Messe", which is used by SME- Managers to present themselves as employers. The region has also set up an apprenticeship homepage that SME- Managers can use. Firms can also present themselves through their apprentices as part of the "Vorarlberg Apprenticeship Ambassadors".
